The debut bricks-and-mortar venture of the namesake company, dedicated to championing small producers and sustainable farming cultures, put foodie mecca Rue du Nil on the map. It actually encompasses a cluster of five specialist outlets, with the original grocery, butcher and fishmonger joined by a bakery and creamery. New outlets continue to open around the city in response to the demand of Parisians for affordable fresh, flavoursome and sustainable produce.
