After a two-year stint as barkeep at chef Iñaki Aizpitarte’s much-loved Le Dauphin, Camille struck out on her own in her late twenties, opening cult Paris wine shop, bar and café La Buvette in 2013. When not dispensing natural wines and small plates (she’s the sole employee), she has created the menus for venues including Le Pigalle hotel. In July 2020, she published a book of her “Recipes and Wine Notes From Paris” with food writer Kate Leahy (Ten Speed Press).
