Like a prow of a ship cutting through the northern Marais, the huge two-floor Jacques Genin HQ combines the food lab upstairs where everything is prepared – the chocolates, caramels, fruit jellies, ice cream, and classic French patisserie (for takeaway only) – and the ground floor sales and tasting counters.
