The Parisian design house's playful and poetic home
17 Rue Beaurepaire
Resembling a modern cave dwelling, Moustache’s Paris HQ connects us to a universal notion of the home. Here the French furniture and interiors company showcase a decade and counting of collaborations with an ever-expanding family of contemporary designers, including Inga Sempé who designed the Vapeur hanging paper lamp, one of their first pieces; the artist-designer François Azambourg; the experimental Dutch designer Bertjan Pot; Compasso d’Oro laureate Ionna Vautrin, or virtuoso French designer Constance Guisset. Already a design classic included in MoMA’s permanent collection, their first piece of furniture, the bestselling Bold chair by Big Game, put the company on the map, and has spawned a whole collection of seating since.
