New-gen, neighbourhood bakery famed for its chocolate and orange babka
Opened on Rue Condorcet in ‘SoPi’ in 2017 (and already with a spin-off in the 10th), this new-generation, women-run corner bakery is best known for its addictive babka – a chocolate and orange-blossom brioche. Savoury offerings are inventive, healthy and feature stellar sourcing, be it aged cheese from Terroirs d’Avenir or Prince de Paris ham.
