Antipasti heaven: founder Cédric works with small Sicilian producers to produce a line of superb, single estate olive oils, available at his tiny épicerie alongside olives, dried herbs, smoked and dried fish, sundried tomatoes, capers and other seasonal Sicilian specialties. Book well ahead for the ‘Table Unique’ – limited to six guests and offering a tasting tour of Sicilian products led by a chef.
