Handcrafted shoes that channel underground culture
7 rue d'Aboukir
A hand-crafted French take on the shoes – creepers, Dr Martens, winklepickers etc. – of the British working classes, from the days of the Teddy Boys through the emergence of the mod and punk scenes in the ’70s and ’80s. Adieu designs channel the style of underground icons like John Lydon, Alan Vega, Joe Strummer or, here in France, Alain Bashung.
