The famed sourdough baker's production hub, set in historic Rive Gauche premises
Except for Sundays, Poilâne products are prepared in the basement of the historic boutique, which has been operating as a bakery since 1791. As well as bread, the bakery makes biscuits and baker’s pastries or viennoiseries (pastries that can be baked in a bread oven), including croissants, pains au chocolat and apple and custard tarts.
