Born and raised in Bordeaux, Jeanne moved to Toulouse
for her studies; after completing a master’s degree in econometrics she joined aerospace giant Airbus there before moving to Paris to work in investment banking. Then, in 2013, Jeanne and her husband Alex set up L/Uniform with the idea to bring “beauty to the useful”. L/Uniform resurrects bag archetypes – the knapsack, the tote, the satchel, the backpack – as unisex utilitarian items that are timeless and perfectly adapted to modern life.
