Flagship of the Paris maison pioneering vegan and kosher chocolate
Designed by Jessica Barouch, owner of Paris’ JAG Gallery, and Francesco Balzano, this second-generation chocolatier’s flagship is as strikingly minimal as the chocolates on display – creations that are 100% vegan, a well as kosher, and are produced in greater Paris. The oval display table artfully displays the maison’s speciality pralines, using Piedmontese hazelnuts, fleur de sel ‘pucks’ (salt-covered chocolate discs) or ‘kaori’ boxes, flavoured with natural raspberry and mint.
