The first pillar in Marc Grossman’s health food empire is a homage to the now defunct French café Ceci-Cela, in Soho, New York, with its memorable atmosphere and moody staff. No fear of the latter here – it’s an easygoing joint offering a stripped-back menu of fresh cold-pressed juices and smoothies, muffins, filled bagels and salads.
