A creative lab that explores the heritage and imagination of its founders through food

26 Rue de l'Échiquier
75010 Paris,
M° Bonne Nouvelle or Strasbourg - Saint-Denis

Balbosté cater, design, handcraft and package ideas through food and drink. Using edibles as the ingredients for its designs, this creative laboratory comes up with unique sensory experiences for brands, catering to their endless hunger for innovation, and desire to amaze. Think surreal spring rolls, sculpted pickles, edible crystals, or marshmallow braids. Meaning “a good homemaker” in Yiddish, Balbosté fuses the two founders’ culinary heritages, taking in Japanese, French, Swiss and Jewish traditions, and their surreal imaginations. Regular workshops and sales are open to the public.
