Franck Audoux

Franck Audoux’s bar and café Cravan is a rare exercise in focus, restraint, and quality, orchestrated across a note-perfect menu of cocktails, coffee, and bar food. The place stands as a synthesis of Franck’s eclectic background in the contemporary art and food scenes. While studying history in his native city of Tours, Franck started working for local contemporary art gallery Michel Rein. In 2000 he followed the gallery to Paris,
before cofounding a few years later the game-changing Paris restaurant Le Chateaubriand.
