Confiture Parisienne

This new-gen jam factory gives a fresh, exotic spin to the French classics

17 Avenue Daumesnil
75012 Paris,
M° Gare de Lyon or Ledru-Rollin

Founded in 2015 by two young entrepreneurs – Nadège Gaultier and Laura Goninet – Confiture Parisienne raises artisanal jam-making to new heights with bold flavours (pear, chestnut and tonka jam is a great combination) and equally striking packaging. Ingredients are harvested from the Paris region where possible, and sugars sourced from the South of France, before being whipped up in copper cauldrons here at their multi-tasking laboratory/ café/ shop inside one of the arches at the Viaduc des Arts. As well as offering the house’s full range of seasonal recipes, the bright and airy spot offers brunches, lunches and snacks, as well as jam-making workshops.
