The latest of Yves Camdeborde’s three-strong Avant Comptoir chain is dominated by a huge flying pig sculpted by artist Anouck Dupont. Combining products from the land and sea – served in mini-portions, reflecting the informal vibe – it’s also a wonderful place to grab a reasonably priced glass of wine while soaking up the French bistronomie culture.
