Further down Rue Saint-Maur, the sisters’ second table (no reservations) is a tribute to the delights of Pan-Asian cuisine. From an open kitchen, chef Antoine Villard fires up the wok and steamers and turns out a set menu at lunch, then à la carte at night, hitting up all the faves: hot and cold noodles, rice bowls, dumplings… and plenty of spice!
