This women-run Belleville ‘cocktail bistro’ draws its name from the surrounding Combat quarter, but also nods to the feminist struggle close to owner Margot’s heart. Bright, open and with an outdoor terrace, its beautifully balanced cocktails (including a fruity, anise-spiked ‘Rhydypandy’) are complemented by superior bar snacks including stuffed artichokes.
