The Mamiche co-founders met in 2016 while doing marketing for organic food brands. A trained pastry chef and business school grad, Cécile dreamed of opening a creative, new-generation bakery, while Victoria – whose uncle was a baker – wanted a challenge. The determined duo promptly honed their skills via stages and, in Victoria’s case, a breadmaking CAP diploma, launching their much-loved and very modern bakery in 2017 (a sibling was added in 2019).
