The four Dolfi siblings work alongside their father Étienne, a confectioner by trade, who took over the historic grocer-turned-confectioner À La Mère de Famille – Paris’s oldest chocolate factory – in 2000. Eldest Sophie joined first, and is in charge of packaging, followed by Steve (communications and artistic direction), Jane (corporate accounts) and Jonathan (production and brand management). And the cherry on the cake, in 2018, the maison took over Stohrer, Paris’s oldest pastry shop!
