In 2015, friends Thomas, Jonathan and art director Cléo – combining experience for clients as eclectic as Canal+, Hermès and Monoprix – saw a chance to disrupt the dusty French leather sector. Step forward RSVP, offering cool, colourful leather goods mixing Saint-Honoré-level quality with friendlier price tags. Their off-kilter Instagram campaigns and Le Bon Marché pop-ups soon attracted the attention of influencers and the fashion cognoscenti, and in 2020 they opened brand-new boutiques in the Marais and in Seoul.
